PRODUCT
Our statuary comes in many different sizes, finishes, and compositions. With access to several manufacturers in the U.S. and in Europe we offer one of the largest and most diverse selections of statuary available.

PAYMENT
The House of Francis accepts Visa or MasterCard and checks or money orders. A $30.00 surcharge applies to all returned checks. Freight On Board-Factory. For any item not purchased on the web and someone seeking payment terms, we require a 50% deposit at the time of the order. The balance is due upon receipt.

PRICES
All product prices and promotions, in the brochure and online, are subject to change without notice.

RETURN POLICY
Notify The House of Francis within 48 hours of item receipt. Product needs to leave customer location within 72 hours of receipt. A 25% re-stocking fee applies to all non-damaged returns. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Customized and special orders are non-refundable. This includes all full-color statues, Spanish plaster, marble, and bronze statuary.

DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
If there is evidence of damaged or rough handling, tell the shipper to make note of damaged boxes or merchandise on the freight bill. Immediately notify The House of Francis of any damaged delivery.

SHIPPING
Allow 6-8 weeks for delivery, additional time for custom or specialized orders. All shipments destined outside the contiguous U.S. will be subject to additional charges.
